ISLA provides travel information, an AI travel concierge, and a directory of tour operators and service providers in the Philippines. The Platform is for personal, non-commercial use unless you have entered into a business listing agreement with us.
ISLA is an AI-powered travel assistant. Information provided by ISLA is for general guidance only and may not be 100% accurate or up-to-date. Always verify critical travel information (visa requirements, health advisories, safety conditions) with official sources before traveling.
ISLA displays listings from third-party tour operators and service providers. We perform verification checks but do not guarantee the quality, safety, or availability of services offered by listed operators. Any transactions you make with listed operators are directly between you and the operator.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. ISLA is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.
All content on ISLA — including text, images, AI-generated responses, guides, and design elements — is the property of ISLA or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Mr.Travel is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to travel disruptions, personal injury, or financial loss resulting from reliance on information provided by the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cebu City, Philippines.
